1. Delete on the website
Sign in and use the button below. Your account is deleted immediately.
2. Delete in the WandrBus app
- Open the WandrBus app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
3. Can’t sign in? Ask us
Email support@wandrbus.com from the email on your account, or mention the registered mobile number, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify that the request is yours and delete the account within 7 days.
4. What is deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile number, email, gender and date of birth.
- Saved travellers.
- All signed-in sessions on every device, and notification tokens.
5. What we keep, and for how long
- Records of bookings, payments, refunds and invoices — including the passenger and contact details on each ticket — for as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to 8 years). They are not used for anything else.
- Request logs for up to 30 days, for security.
Your WandrBus login is shared with wandrstar.com, so deleting it closes your WandrStar account too. Upcoming tickets stay valid — cancel them in My trips first if you won’t travel. See our Privacy policy.
